4) How long does it take to receive photo quilts?
Please allow 3 weeks (21 days) once we have received
your photos for delivery of photo quilts. If you need
your quilt sooner than 3 weeks from the date the order
is placed and materials are submitted, please select
the rush order option. A nonrefundable $35 rush order
fee will be added to your order.
If your rush order and photo materials are received
before 12:00pm PST, we will create your quilt and ship
it the following business day (busy holiday periods
may be an exception). Please see our UPS
shipping map to get an idea of what type of shipping
you will need to select in order to receive your quilt
in time for your event. If a faster shipping service
is needed to get your order to you in time, we will
contact you and collect additional charges.
5) How many photos should I submit?
Our photo quilt pricing is based on the configuration
of the finished quilt. You have 5
options:
Configuration 1: 1 (one) center photo.
Configuration 2: 9 photos including center photo.
Configuration 3: 13 photos including center photo.
Configuration 4: 23 photos including center photo.
Configuration 5: 45 photos including center photo.
Our team of graphic designers will take your snapshots
or digital photos and create the final photos perfectly
sized to fit the quilt squares.
6) How do I submit my photos?
Photos can be submitted via email or regular mail. When
sending digital photos, please send photos no smaller
than 300dpi. The print quality
of the photo transfers will depend upon the quality
and resolution of your submitted digital photographs. Please submit your files in JPEG (.jpg) format. We do not accept photos from online photo sharing programs (ie. Kodak Easyshare, Ofoto, Snapfish, etc.)
Email your photos to photos@tybinc.com
Photos can also be mailed to:
The Younique Boutique
attn: Photo Quilts
1788 La Costa Meadows Drive #106
San Marcos CA, 92078
Please indicate which photo you would like to use as
your center image. Photos will be returned with quilt.
7) What kinds of photos should I select?
Select photos of your family and friends. Go through
old albums and select baby photos of the bride and groom
and their parents. Pets, group shots, and vacation photos
make excellent subject matter.
Please indicate if you have any special requests for
placement. Otherwise, we will create a composition that
we think looks best. |
